Service in the Belfast Boucher Rd store (I think the sales man was called Robin) was super! Great guy to assist!

I was really happy with the service. The girl was really helpful and knowledgeable about her work. Her customer care skills were excellent.

Fine, apart from being told seat would be wiped and it was very clearly not
In store 3 stars, delivery 5. These should be separate ratings, totally different!

Extremely satisfied
Absolutely first class, I wasn't pressured. But the salesperson was on hand to offer me any help or assistance whenever I needed it. She walked me through the different colour/texture options and...

Very disappointed in sofatime. Very poor communication from customer servi
I wanted to give no stars. I ordered my sofa in August 2023. Wrong colour of sofa was delivered November 2023. Still waiting on replacement sofa February 25th 2024
