This is definitely a class-act company. Originally I rated them 4 stars; however yesterday they proved to be a top-notch company by immediately acting upon the 4-star rating I originally gave them Not their fault, but one of the items I purchased, a set of 3 Brass trays, the smalled tray got ruined by water leaking on it, totally ruined the item. I reported this to this company. Much to my JOY and utter surprise, this company sent me a replacement immediately, without my even having to ask them.
How great is that. I didn't want to ask them to replace this item, since it's the first time I shopped on their site..;..and I knew it wasn't their fault, it was the fault of the mfg. not attaching a tag on the item notifying the buyers that they must not put water or food on this try. I placed the tray in my guest bathroom & placed some liquid soaps on it, not realizing that the soad had dripped onto tray. It was only the next morning that I discovedred the damage. I notified Seven Colonial immediately, and to my utter surprise the next day they had sent me a brand new tray. How many mfg. do that? They have me as a customer forever now. The holidays are coming, and today I started to build up my orders on-line. Take a peak at their site in case you haven't already, and know that you're dealing with a class-act, and totally reliable company, a company who shall stand behind all their merchandise. Great customer service!!!
