The book you have ordered will be published on 30th April 2016, however we are able to take pre-orders. I can confirm that payment has been taken and please allow me to assure you that you will receive the book as soon as stock is available, post-publication. Norwich Books and Music, stated on your invoice, is our warehouse. I sincerely apologise this is not clear and for the confusion caused. We will work on making changes to avoid this from happening again.
