We were very surprised that you gave us such poor service feedback, but thank you for the positive comments on the resort.
Planet booked you a beautiful 5* holiday, in a superb hotel, on a stunning part of Fuerteventura. I understand that the holiday ran smoothly but you were unhappy with the organization of a windsurf lesson that you booked directly with the windsurf school. You called us to say you where unhappy, as you were unable to move your lesson, despite cancelling the lesson 20 minutes beforehand. Even though we did not book this for you, we offered to pay for any costs to move the lesson to another time. We also spoke with the centre on several occasions to ensure you got what you needed, which I understand you did.
For future reference please note it is really is important, where possible, to keep with the windsurf centres scheduled lessons, as they are best placed to organize all the bookings around the wind and instructors time. I’m sorry you found this frustrating and reflective of poor service on our part. I’m not sure we could have done anything differently in this case, and do feel we went above and beyond to help.
Thank you so much for booking with us, and I am truly sorry if you feel we let you down in anyway. We really did do our best to give you a great holiday and to help as much as possible with a service that was not booked with us.
