Promised emails never arrived. Policy not emailed. Had to chase by telephone. Policy not posted first class post as promised nor emailed after final call. Customer does not require hassle of chasing...

Very informative and helpful. I had to call back for clarification re the
Informative friendly and helpful. I had to call back for clarification of the flood damage coverge, operative went out of way to make sure we were happy with the policy. Would recommend your company.
