Professional service as expected.
An efficient & prompt service. Results summarised in a n easy to understand report. Difficult to obtain sufficient blood in spite of no problems with usual needle method.

Quite good but could have better customer service
Efficient and thorough. But quite expensive-overpriced and at the clinic in central London on my second visit it felt as if I was just a number. No greeting, had to wait while the receptionists...
