Hi Mr Owers unfortunately we do not have an office phone number especially as our staff are working from home due to coronavirus. We only communicate via email and our email address is clearly displayed on our website if you needed to contact us. I cannot see any communication where you have tried to contact us, please can you give further details? May I kindly remind you that you agreed to the fees and service upfront and signed the terms and conditions. Please can you clarify what you mean by we took half of your refund? Any accusations of us taking more than what was agreed between us, we will further investigate and act accordingly.

Glad you found our service quick and easy to use. Our fee structure is competitive within our industry and is a one time fee only; therefore you will receive 100% of the increase to your household net income going forwards once the marriage allowance tax break is in place. This is approximately £250 per year which we don't charge for. May I kindly say that you were made aware of our fees multiple times while completing the claim online and that signed terms and conditions agreeing to them.

Refund

We received our money but they took a very large portion of it as commission. On the plus side we probably wouldn’t have found out we were owed money without them.
