Outstanding and seamless service from the outset. Lauren in customer service is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. LCH is a great hire company, unlike most of its competitors!

Great service!
Seamless experience from start to finish. Car delivered on time, exactly as they said it would, easy to sort the documents via the emails and phone calls. Only minor glitch was their card machine...

Fast, friendly and proficient.
Hire car delivered very quickly and in great condition. Driver was very polite and helpful in pointing out any marks/ scuffs on their records- even if they couldn’t be seen.
