It was a run of the mill site, without any outstanding features to warrant £35 per night fee. The pool, leisure area, sauna etc do add a certain gloss, but don't add to the physical camping...

Hello Stuart, thank you for leaving us a review, I'm saddened to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience at Blue Anchor. I have passed your comments about the water onto the maintenance team to investigate. We do not allow motorised scooters/ segways and we do inform our owners and guests of this, we also stop anyone we see using them although, as I'm sure you can appreciate it is very difficult to stop everyone all the time, however we do try our best. I'm sorry to hear that you wouldn't like to return.

Pleasant campsite for the whole family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Devon bay. Site was kept tidy amenities were cleaned on a regular basis. Plenty for the children to do. Will be visiting again.

Hello Clive, thank you for the review, I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. The Café is brand new for this year and we are always looking at ways to improve. I have passed your comments onto the Café h team. The removal of the gate was a decision made by the environmental agency. Unfortunately we cannot replace it or provide another one near the touring field due to the parking spaces along the fence. We used to sell gas on park but due to lack of sales the decision was made to stop selling it, there are places within 3 miles in which you can purchase gas. We do hope to see you again soon.
