We are sorry that the experience you received from Fly and Save was not satisfactory. We do mention that all our published air fares are phone only fares and are subject to availability. The fares are based on whether that fare class is still available and is updated as soon as our fares allocation database is.
We are currently investigating the agent that you spoke to as this is not the standard of service we would expect from our staff, so will respond directly once we have established and listened to the conversation to see where are standards were not met.
We apologise again for the inconvenience and upset this has caused you and your travelling party and would like to invite you to try our services once again as we are confident we can meet your service level expectations, as we seldom get complaints of this nature.

While I appreciate the feedback given, it doesn't excuse the poor service received and feel that it would be more beneficial for the customer to see what the actual availability is, rather then advertise prices that are NOT available!!
However when I did search your flight prices were still very competitive which is why I proceeded to book, even cheaper then going direct with the airline!!
I have downgraded the service to 'poor' but as the service was still not satisfactory.
