Hello there, Thank you so much for your feedback. We operate using specific delivery windows. The delivery by guarantees are listed below for delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. We guarantee delivery by: 3pm for schools 5pm for all businesses 7pm for all residential addresses & hospitals. For orders placed after 2pm, we guarantee to have your order delivered by 8pm, though we cannot guarantee by 5pm for businesses. Although we will try our best to adhere to all personal time requests, we cannot guarantee this for many reasons. The On-Site Courier Instructions box is to help assist our drivers if an address is hard to locate or access, as this instruction box is only visible for our drivers. Unfortunately, they do not have control of their delivery sequence. We do have an expedited delivery service in which we can prioritise your order over others.
