It's not delivered !!!!!! Do something please, it's not possible .... My grand mother is at the Hospital :( .....

Thank you very much for your feedback. We have been in touch with the florist to look into this for you and they have advised that the flowers were delivered to the reception of the hospital as they were not allowed beyond this point and it appears that they did not get given to your recipient. Once the florist was aware of this they immediately redelivered

It is your fault because you said and promised that flowers are goin to be deliveres on 18 at PM
And also you gave the order to Hersonossos office to late - only in the morning on 19 August
