Never had to contact customer service. Shipping was fast and the measurement guide was accurate.
It's been nearly one month past, I still don't get my parcel. What's wrong with it. You‘re incredibly inefficient. I need solution.

I have noted that you chose to use the Royal Mail option for shipping.
Dents do offer a quicker premium delivery service via courier.
