I was very happy with the service I received. My only slight gripe is that, because I live in France, they keep on thinking that I should get emails etc in French (which I understand perfectly well) even though I prefer to shop on the UK site and pay in sterling. So far I've had to take this up with them twice - the first time things were fine until I shopped again, at which point they reverted to sending emails in French, so I'm hoping the same won't occur this time.
