Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had difficulty informing the DVLA after your vehicle was collected. If the V5c doesn’t allow for online transfer, the DVLA requires the process to be completed by post. This is standard procedure and in line with their official guidance, I can see that we provided this information to you via email following the collection. We’re sorry you didn’t receive a follow-up call as promised, but we hope the written information helped you complete your side of the DVLA paperwork.
