I am very sorry you feel we let you down. As I explained in our previous emails at the time when you ordered, we use wholesalers who distribute our products nationally, and we don't know where all their customer outlets are in Croydon. If I had known they were unable to help, I would have looked into it further for you. As for the postage, you ordered two bracks and that put the weight for delivery just over into a higher bracket. Not that it is helpful to you now, but the rate you paid covers parcels up to 25kg. Kind regards, Michael Jarman

Really sorry to hear that it didn't arrive for the 6th. We posted your cake 1st class post on the 4th. Thus giving one day's grace to get there.
