I can confirm that I have sent you an e-mail regarding this matter earlier today. I can confirm that I have checked your subscription and can see that the advertised gift was subject to availability. Due to the popularity of the subscription offer the stock we had ran out very fast. We had made attempts to order further stock but unfortunately have not been successful with this so please accept may apologies. As per the terms of the offer we are obliged to provide an alternative gift and on 16th April 2014 we allocated you the the Bizarre Girls Mag book as your alternative gift. Theres really not very much I would have to have contact with any personnel. Only tried one time to inquire about delivery of my first issue and the responded with an email within 24 hrs.
