Dear Sir,
I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied.
As an introducer to several different leading investments, we are keen that everyone knows that we follow a strict FSMA 2000 compliant introducing process. Each individual investment provider provides their own information memorandum that is responsible for detailing the risk and rewards of the investment.
All Amyma introducing agents are allowed to do is refer to the information memorandum to highlight where the answers to questions they have are already detailed. We make sure that every client reads the IM as this is a must by any prospective investor. On this basis, we apologise if you feel that any benefits were exaggerated as we stick to this process.
As for being pushy, we always let clients know that they are to move at their own pace. With your situation, I have learned that one of the investment providers that you bought from, had issues with their electronic application form and it was only after several attempts that it finally worked. Sometimes this does happen but rarely and in your case, it was resolved by trying several times - which did need some encouragement as we had many other clients that were using the same application form successfully before and after your initial attempts.
We look forward to updating you on the progress of your investments and would appreciate a response if this statement has cleared up your unhappiness.
Kind regards,
Harvey
