Allianz were extremely slow at agreeing to the coverage. So much so, I had to pay upfront for the deposit (MYR3000) to make sure I could get treated. On making the claim back, Allianz refused to pay....

Swift response on claims
During my wife pregnancy period, we have raise claims almost once per 2 weeks. Allianz always return the reimbursement on routine check-up and baby delivery very quickly. The electronic claim system...
