Amateurish
Positive house sold initial staff when signing up did a good esp jo but then it all changed .. Very often phones ring out lots of viewers stated couldn't get through ..even to put an offer in ....

Fine but overpriced.
The staff were all pleasant and friednly enough but I feel the whole service is overpriced for what you actually get, particularly as I did all the viewings myself and the photos that I paid for...

They earned their money because things did go wrong.
The service was good. I was only let down by the on-line solicitors that they allocated to us. This also caused Paul Dubberley West Bromwich branch to have to work so much harder. Mark and Anthony...
