Really helps my wife with dialog, especially some women. Took a little while for me to get used to the higher pitch but once used to it hardly notice anymore.

AccuVoice AV203 TV Speaker With Six Levels of Voice Boost
Speaker works well and as advertised. The only problem was the first unit we received was defective and would stop working after short periods of time. Had to recycle power to get it going again.
