To clarify, with regards to the issue about the window at the flat, you clearly misheard or misunderstood something I said during our negotiations about the flat. I have NEVER known an instance where an agent would offer to pay for a repair at a property that they were selling that they don't even own- why would they? Anyway, I'm sorry you got the wrong end of the stick here as we pride ourselves on being as clear as we can through the negotiation process and would certainly never mislead anyone intentionally.
