Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the work carried out at your home. We do feel that we went the extra mile in relation to dealing with your builder. We prepared detailed drawings of what was to be done and made various site visits prior and during the installation to ensure that your builder knew exactly was required . We are very sorry to hear that your expectations have not been met in this case.
