Has it ever occurred to them, that their fabulous Limited Edition DVDs, are sold out, before potential buyers in other time zones, can purchase them?
In addition, they don’t always appear on Today’s Show Items, so we probably don’t know they exist!
We hardly, ever get a chance to buy them.
Because of this, I don’t buy much from JM.
Being on the Call Back list means nothing.
Management, please fix this.

I was very unhappy with these pearls & just returned them this morni g. JM was very helpful when I called about returning them. I've been very happy with the pearls I've purchased from them but these did not translate in person from what I saw on the screen. I've been ordering gems for over 3 years & this was only the second time I was disappointed. I have not been happy that I have not received a survey in many (6?) months of purchasing, but I don't know if that is a JM issue. I also wish that JM could figure out why my app will not let me add to my order so have had to call & add on. Again, the phone reps are always great to help, but I don't impulse buy as much because I don't like having to call, so I lose out on some things & JM loses out on the sale.
