Very very poor.
Firstly when you call they try and sell you another holiday. Then when they finally stop selling to you the price goes up £100 per person. Ok you say yes give card details and then call you after 20mins and say the holiday is £1000 more than quoted.
But before you find the holiday the website keeps crashing and showing internal server fault and it's so slow.
Teletext makes booking a holiday very very stressful.

There are several factors which may affect the pricing from the one that you see.
Currently many airlines and travel companies regard checked in luggage, meals and transfers as optional extras as you are not obliged to take these and many people choose not to in order to keep costs low. So if you chose any additional extras, this would affect the price.
Additionally, while Teletext Holidays strives to ensure the prices displayed by our advertisers are up to date, it is the nature of the travel industry that prices fluctuate by the minute, especially in the case of flights. When advertisers are made aware that an offer is no longer available they are required to update the offer as soon as possible. To keep an eye on this, we have a whole team who mystery shop the holidays advertised on our website and TV channel, checking both the prices and the availability. This helps the customer be confident that the price they see is the price they get.
If you have found an instance where it has not, please forward a copy of the advert or supply all the details of the offer including travel company and phone number along with an explanation of your experience to compliance@teletext.co.uk. and we will ensure we will liaise with the advertiser.
