Your representative "Alex" surpassed his self by going over and above and beyond his general remit to ensure all my concerns and worries were answered before making the order. Once the order had been place he continued to keep in contact updating me when required. Frankly I have never experienced assistance as good as his before, EVER, from anywhere I have ever shopped or purchased anything either in the High Street or Online. Ordered some hinges, hook and eye's and several boxes of screws, got a phone call to say that the screws are out of stock would I mind waiting as they will be back in stock in time to have them delivered by the end of the week, that was fine by me. 2 weeks pass by with no delivery and no communication as to whet the status of the order was, then as I was giving up hope a package arrived a quick check of the contents showed no screws. It has now been a month with no update either by email or phone as to teh whereabouts of the screws in reality I think they have cancelled the order without notifying me. I haven't yet recieved repayment for the screws either. Save yourself some bother and go somewhere that looks after their customers.
Ordered items on line, and was given a next day delivery. Waited two days and contacted Ironmongery customer services, who informed me that order was still with distributor, and would resend items today. Received them next day. Why was my on line order not processed.
