I think that they should have seen that we required a disabled hotel room as we asked for assisted boarding. The hotel staff were very helpful and swapped rooms for us but really we should have been able to have a disabled room but the website didn't allow it. Rest was fine

I have had a look at your booking and I can see that we did send a request to the hotel as per the note you had put in your booking. This would have been automatically sent through to the accommodation supplier.
I would say for future reference when booking on the website that if you cannot see a room with disabled facilities to give us a call so that we can try and get the room booked for you before you travel. By putting a request in the booking this does not guarantee that you will receive it.
I hope this does not deter you from using us for your future holidays.

|The service and ease of booking was reasonably good. The choice of hotel was fine but nowhere did it say that access was difficult for disabled people. The long front steps and inability to select the room with assistance for disabled was a touch irritating.|
