My holiday was good except I couldn't find the shuttle bus and therefore had to pay a taxi to the hotel. I also discovered that the trips I had booked where not in Cairo but a lot further away. So I had to book locally when I was there. I would recommend that you state this more accurately on your booking application. I would book again with you as everything else went smoothly.

Sorry that you had issues with your arrival transfer. Can I ask if you called the emergency number that was printed on your voucher? If you did please write into our customer Services department to outline what happened when you arrived at the airport. The email address you need to write to is customerservices@holidayshed.com. Once they have received this they will forward it onto the transfer provider to investigate.

Thank you for your suggestions regarding your trips our IT and product department are currently looking into this to ensure all our trips are accurately portrayed.

Service rating : Excellent.Was able to book flights, hotel,airport parking,transfers to and from resort ,all from the same site.
Product rating : Only problem we had was when we had to confirm our hotel transfer back to the airport on departure.
On our paper work we were given a Tel.No.to phone then we would be given a time that we would be picked up.
We asked the receptionist at the hotel to call on our behalf in case they spoke to us in Polish and we would not have understood them.She was told that they had no record of us.
After a long consultation with the person on the phone she gave up.
We were really concerned and annoyed about the situation we were in-not knowing when or even if we were going to be picked up.
We then asked the receptionist to log on to a E-mail address that had also been supplied and she finally managed to get a transfer time for us.
We were not the only people that had this problem,as when we did get picked up we asked the couple sharing the transfer with us if they had the same trouble and their answer was -yes.

The staff were helpful and very responsive. I was very disappointed that my flight changed so I effectively lost 1 of my 7 days holiday and there was no compensation for that

Everything was great. Better than On The beach that we have used in the past. We asked for a pool view after requesting this 4 times previously without joy and although ther was a tree covering our balcony it was a lovely room and a far nicer outlook. Only one problem and it was just a small one and that was we couldn't print out the info required to produce etc. Would definately book with you again. Soon I hope!

Service rating : My room was changed from a full sea view ( which was confirmed ) to a partial sea view ( very little view and a long long way to the sea).
I paid the hotel of a move to the correct room type ie Full sea view.

I am sorry you have felt the need to rate our service and product as poor. We are very disappointed when somebody does not enjoy their holiday and it does not fulfill their expectations.

I do have to say though, had we been contacted while you were away we could have tried to address the issues. There is very little we can do when we are not informed you were unhappy with the room provided.

I can see that from your booking confirmation and the hotel voucher which you received, they do state the room type as ‘side sea view’. We do ask that our customers read through their documentation to make sure everything is as they expect and that there are no errors on the booking. Had we been contacted before you went we could have assisted in sorting out any problems.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please email customerservices@holidayshed.com. This way we can investigate further into the issues you faced.

Service rating : We have booked a few holidays with you and have had value for money and it has come up to expectations exept for the last one.
Product rating : We enjoyed our holiday in Kos, however, along with 90% of people in the complex, the holiday was booked on the back of the panorama, which was were we all expected to be. The Maris is NOT a 5* by any means, NO air con(and we were not told it had been turned off) NO free wifii this we had been led to understand was there, cheap plastic cups even in the evening(pool area in the day is what we expect) food was very poor quality and invariably only tepid. Entertainment was awful, no drinks service outside in the evening, and the restaurant resembled a canteen (there was NO point in dressing up). I would NOT go there again, and would not recommend it to anyone, as no one else we met would either.We have had holidays with you were we have gone back to the hotel and taken freinds, but not this one.

Service rating : I didn't have much to do with them other than the original phone call and receiving some emails regarding arrangements for my holiday
Product rating : Everything went smoothly and to schedule apart from Transfers to the hotel. The supplier had changed a few days before the holiday, and i assume there was mass confusion as approximately 12 people were stuck at the airport without transportation until taxis were arranged by the representative at the airport. We were originally told that we would have to pay again for this service (this did not happen) but that did not help with the general mood and did not start the holiday off well. Apart from that we were extremely satisfied and would definitely use your services again.

Product rating : Lovely hotel and plenty choice for buffet breakfast and dinner. If any downside it would the hotel was slightly isolated, although not a problem for us as we found it an easy walk to the village, but this can be said of similar hotels.

Service rating : Very efficient booking service and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would definitely use again
Product rating : Luckily we were upgraded to a "villa" with a pool and garden overlooking the sea which meant we were totally self-contained with our two mid-twentiesdaughters having the sitting room as a bedroom and us the room upstairs. We never had our room cleaned till after 3.30 pm which was annoying as we were based there most of the day. The buffet restaurant was very monotonous and all the food was lukewarm. However the waiting staff in all the restaurants were very friendly. The service was incredibly slow in the Asian food restaurant. I celebrated a birthday and without asking found a delicious cake and half bottle of Asti Spumante in our room which was very kind. We used the tennis court when we could and found it annoying that people were allowed to book it for an hour and a half rather than an hour giving more people a chance to play. The return transfer was long and we wished we had paid for a taxi, particularly as we arrived at the airport before check -in started. Everything to do with the flight was excellent and definitely to be recommended. But I would not go back to the Sensimar Royal Blue again.
