Dear Sir, I have only just had chance to unpack the equipment thaT i ordered due to holidays as far as i can see there is one sponge plant holder missing. that is 19 and not twenty could you please advise me on this as i now wish to use the equipment. I purchased the large double size plus an extra height layer after doing considerable research on it online. It really is as good as everyone said it was. Plants that were struggling to germinate with the terrible weather we've had are now bursting into life. The space available in the large double is extremely good and the adjustable vents mean I can regulate the humidity as required. I just wish I'd bought one sooner! A first class product all round.
