Service rating : Great service and easy to order, but the website does not reflect what you will be sent.Product rating : I have tried to order the romper suit pictured twice and both times have been sent the romper suit but in a different colour to what we wanted. We will keep them, but would be good if the website included photos of exactly what the person placing the order will be sent. I did email the sales team, but haven't yet received a response.

Service rating : I like the website a lot & the products it offers.Product rating : We loved the jacket - so soft & warm & stylish & great for layering - however within hours of wearing it, our toddler (3yrs) discovered the zip-pull tasted good & it came away in his mouth. I don't know if it was faulty. I don't suppose a four year old would put it in their mouth, but our boy is big for his age & we buy size 3-4 for him.

Service rating : Overall, been very happy with all purchases from Raindrops. Good quality products which have been handed down through 3 children and still lasted beyond that. Really like the fact that there is not much choice between functional clothing. Raindrops seems to do the quality control for you! Also sizes last really well: bought some salopettes for my daughter age 6 she still wearing them age 9! Also bought all in one rain suit for 1 year old. Now just 3 and still wearing it!Product rating : These got hard use in ski boots for 2 weeks and washed well at low temp. Ask me again in a years time as unlikely to be used much before next winter.
