Did not explain that the order was coming through third party. From description I expected the product to be delivered within 10-14 from ordering, not being sent after 14 from when the order was processed with the third party.

Personalised Rag Doll | I expected to receive the rag doll within 10-14 days from the order, however this was not exceeded. I contacted the seller regarding the delivery when I notice I was going to expect late delivery as I was going away and needed it sent ASAP. I was assured my parcel was sent on the day of reply I would receive it next day. Two days gone past and my delivery did not arrive. Rag doll was a present for my little niece and I needed it to be delivered to my house before I went to see her. Parcel arrived while I was away. I paid extra for wrapping and gift card. Wrapping was poorer than poor and the gift card was not worth my money. On top of things rag doll has her hair uneven at the back and her shoes look like are loosing stitches. Overall not worth my money and haste, as what I received in matter of product amd service was not what I expected. |
