The delivery service is great orders arrive very quickly however I returned the sandals you are asking me to rate over a week ago and have still not received a refund. The box also arrived damaged

The Website is great, the service in delivering items is fantastic, but the returns service is very poor and for this reason it is unlikely I will be a return customer. First in comparison to other sites I use the return service doesn't allow for a courier to pick up the clothes, but requires a trip to the post office. I shop on line because I don't have time to go to the shops, so this hassle just defeated the purpose. The second issue is that I have had to chase to find out if my return was received. The third issue is that I am still waiting for my refund almost two weeks since I returned the items. In comparison to two other websites I use - where DHL picked up my returns and within a day I was advised my return has been received and within 5 days my refund was received. While I work out sizing issues, there may be a few returns and I don't want to risk this process again with My Wardrobe. In comparison, I feel more comfortable with the other internet companies because I know I can return something incorrectly sized easily.
I think the postage price was excessive.

Excellent service and delivery
I'd say my experience was neither poor nor good but something in between. I think the order handling could have been quicker and communication better. It took my-wardrobe.com 2 days to dispatch my order. In the end I had to send my shoes back because they wouldn't fit properly. It was 2 weeks ago. I wasn't sent any confirmation email when my order was received and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded.

Very speedy service, Only problem with courier delivery is that I was not in, requested a specific delivery day from them, this was ignored and they delivered the next day when, again, I was not in. Luckily my neighbour took delivery for me. My-Wardrobe has very good rewards and discounts not offered on comparable sites.

Speedy delivery
The website and speed of delivery are excellent. The rewards program and discounts are much better than any of the other online fashion websites. My only wish - that the points in the rewards program were allocated faster. I've been eligible for black membership for weeks but it still hasn't been confirmed. I'm not sure why the delay. Everything else is fantastic though.

Other courier companies (ie. DPD) give one hour time slots for deliveries which is far preferable. Re-delivery to another address was complex. Always a problem with DHL.
I think MW is great but the standard delivery service is quite annoying for someone like me who works from home and therefore cannot leave the house all day a delivery is due because they do not let you know what time it is due to arrive. Even a gap of a few hours would be an improvement. It means I often miss deliveries and to be honest it puts me off ordering again.

Everything was great until I had to return the item. I chased twice to see if you chad received my item, after a week you confirmed you had and that it would be a further 7 to 10 days before I received my refund.

I thought that I have purchased the same dress but the other colour. In vain. No pockets as compared to my previous purchase in BLACK. The navy blue colur dress is SHORTER and really smaller. Although the fabric is the same. How come? That is why I ahve purchased size L again as in autumn. I want you to specify the dimensions, at least the LENGTH of the garment. Last but not least: unfortunately you don/*t provide shoes in size 42 It. It*s my appropriate size!!! Top brands are available in your online shop, somwhow, there is no appropriate size (MY SIZE!!!)

I mostly like mywardrobe but get frustrated when they show items in their catalogue with reference but the items do not appear in the range.
Slow at refunding have waited about 2 weeks so far and still no refund
I think the service is excellent, but was very disappointed and put off by an email I received on the 30.4.13 offering a 25% discount for 48 hrs being offered to silver-tier my loyalty customers. This offer was for 48 hrs., and I ordered a Paul Smith jacket. I didnt receive the discount and it was pointed out to me when I rang my wardrobe that in the terms and conditions Paul Smith was excluded from this offer. This was a very misleading discount offer.
