Your return process for overseas customers is not too slick. I wish you did a return courier service included in the price of shipping.

am sorry to hear that returning your recent purchase was difficult. Unfortunately at present we do not offer an international returns service, this is something we are working on improving as we accept that those customers returning goods from outside the UK incur additional shipping costs, we have been trialling options in various locations and hope to extend these offers in the near future. We have trialled a DHL collection service in Australia and we hope to reinstate this after sale.
We do offer free shipping when sending out any exchange items that offsets return costs. Please note parcels can be returned using your chosen local postal/courier companies and costs will vary according to the selected courier, we would advise using a postal service with insurance as this is a much more cost effective option.
