It took me over an hour to get through on the telephone. I kept getting the answer phone. When I did eventually get through I was told you were very busy. I was a bit disappointed as this meant my order went in after 2pm. However, upon pointing this out to your staff, they did manage to get the needles out to me that day which meant I received them the next day. Thank you.
Good prompt service
The website stocks a wide range of good quality items which are difficult to find all of in one location elsewhere. The delivery was (on both occasions) extremely quick and items arrived very well packed.
