Two items, same product, ordered1Jan 2013. Only one item received 5 Jan '13 altho' invoice showed two! Left message on answerphone & emailed on 5Jan'13 - no response so phoned them on 9Jan 13 & spoke to Sophie who apologised and said missing item would be despatched that day.Eventually arrived on 14 January. Very simple transaction badly processed.V disappointing!
