Went onto Feelunique for just a couple of things but bought quite a bit, had some great offers, 3 for 2 facial masks and got a mini Ren skincare set with two purchases, which were some nice size/travel size samples which were really good. Got the Brushworks HD Combination Tweezer set and I love it. (I am a tweezer snob and generally stick to tweezerman professional tweezers, and the price was really good. I came to this site as they had the Lime Crime Eyebrow Pen in the color I wanted which was sold out on a lot of other sites (including the Lime Crime site), and even though it doesn't seem to have a lot of product in the pen, it is definitely one of the best brow products I have bought (the only other one was the Lancome pomade). I also like that they give you a choice of samples with your purchase that you want may want to try, which is a great plus to want to come back and shop again. Thanks FeelUnique.

Excellent fast delivery.products are guaranteed guniune I love the different hair products.especially the olaplex.i won’t purchase it from any other online retailer as olaplex direct informed me ifeelunique and one other online retailer are the only ones they supply.i also love there kereaste shampoo conditioner and treatment there all cheaper than shops iv seen them in.the company is amazing in customer service.always willing to help if you have a quary.delivery so fast and free.feelunigue also give rewards on how often you shop .i love the idea of been treated for buying .they do what’s called a platinum customer sorry you’d need ro read on it.i do know that’s where you receive rewards.i honestly recommend this company for service products and lovely friendly staff at customer service.so a huge thank you.for making my shopping experience with you .easy and straightforward .

I ordered a concealer in time for a wedding I had the following week (Laura Geller) but when it arrived the lid was faulty as would not click shut. I logged the problem with an online chat service and the operator said she would send a replacement as next day delivery so I had it in time for the wedding. I thought this was great service until the following day I had an email to say the item was out of stock so I would not receive the item. I did get a refund which I was very grateful for but I am a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered an alternative as I needed it for the wedding. I called to ask for an alternative and was told it was too late as the refund was made, a bit of a shame for me as I would have accepted a different colour. I can’t help but think this should have been checked before agreeing to the next day delivery.

I love ordering my cosmetics from Feelunique as items are dispatched really quickly. With the standard delivery there is also an option that your package is sent as tracked which is by one of the more reputable courier companies that I personally have more faith in. I prefer this over royal mail as it's nice to get a text the day your order is being delivered. The packaging is really protective which is peace of mind when ordering a delicate make up product. Prices are competitive and really good when there is a sale. I enjoy reading other customer reviews as it allows me to make a decision based on other customers needs being like mine which you need when you're buying on line and not able to try the products out first. I love Feelunique all round!

They offer the products I want and at a good price. But I bought a 3 for 2 offer and when one thing was out of stock they just delivered the 2 remaining items without offering me the chance to replace it and take advantage of the deal. This is the second time that an offer hasn't been what it seems and I'm getting a bit wary. I'll continue to buy from them but I will buy what I need and not browse - they never have on offer what I want so it won't affect me in the future. I could have sent them back, for free, and got a refund so that is good but at Christmas with work and other things I just ran out of time. That isn't their fault but poor customer service, to not think to offer me the chance to replace is.

I ordered two 50ml perfumes but only recieved one which was part of a gift set. I called customer service team and they were helpful however, they could not send me the perfume that was not in my parcel anymore as it was sold out! They offered a refund but I desperately wanted the gift setI ordered. The perfume on it’s own was available but £17 more! As good will, as well as my insistence, they offered a gift voucher for the difference and sent me the perfume. Customer service is excellent, delivery is super fast and packaged really well. I will definitely shop frim feel unique again as they have some good offers amd quality of service is on point.

Before I made my recent purchase, I spent some time comparing prices with other similar beauty retailers online and overall Feelunique came out on top (in part due to a much lower delivery price). Unfortunately, not everything I wanted to order was available at the time - and I have experienced this in the past - but thankfully, there were enough alternatives that I could pick something else.
As with prior purchases, I received my parcel on time with everything packaged in a delicate but safe manner. I will certainly continue to shop with Feelunique but would be happy to see slightly more variety in brands stocked.

I love this product I have used it for years. It is getting more expensive and postage can add a fair bit to the cost overall. Saying that I will use this seller again.

I have had friends who didn't believe but they do now. There was what seems an outbreak of cold sores in my company I showed them my tea tree and they laughed.
But the minute the tingle that comes before the cold sore I use the tea tree about 6 times a day for a few days and the cold sore does not appear. It is also amazing at spots again minute that you feel one of those nasty zits use the tea tree throughout the day and you will be zit free.

I haven't yet used the product however I bought one for a friend and she said it was very good and would buy one again. I was pleased with how easy it was to purchase from feel unique , I did think it took a bit longer than expected and I missed the post on the day it arrived, I wasn't expecting to have to go and pick it up, when I got there I was confused as I hadn't ordered anything else, so when I was met with a large box, I wasn't expecting my foot peels, as I assumed they could be put through the letter box. I am totally happy with service but did feel packaging was slightly over the top.

Even though I had selected ‘email me when back in stock’ for a specific out-of-stock item, I saw it come into stock on the website and ordered it a day or two before I got the notification email me telling me it was in stock again!
Luckily, it arrived in time for Christmas anyway. Postage wasn’t particularly fast, but then it was close to Christmas and free postage so that could be forgiven.
Other than this my order was fairly smooth and had no problems. I wish items weren’t so expensive though! But my wife was very pleased so thank you.

Love feel unique and the offers they usually have on. Delivery is usually spot on as I have a subscription and get 12 months unlimited free next day delivery. However this recent delivery took a week! Hermes let them down I did contact feel unique and although they said they would chase Hermes I felt like they didn’t care that it was so late and that I have paid for a service I’m not receiving. It won’t stop me using feel unique as normally they’re spot on but I was rather disappointed with delivery and their customer service response to my email.

Excellent experience as a customer. Purchases are delivered promptly and well packaged. The platinum rewards scheme is great, I’ve benefitted from it numerous times. I also had an issue where my purchase didn’t arrive, which is normally a tedious process to resolve, however it was a quick and easy online process using Feelunique’s lost parcel service. I was sent a replacement which arrived next day, no issues at all. So far I can’t beat their excellent customer service.

I now use feel unique to search for products before anyone else.

This iwas the first time I shopped at Feelunique and I was very impressed. The Neom Xmas candle was on offer at a very good price. I ordered the candle & was pleasantly surprised to see that I could select 2-3 day tracked delivery for free. I placed my order less than a week before Christmas not expecting to receive the candle before Christmas but was very pleased when my order was delivered within a few days and before Christmas. Overall, very impressed and pleased with my shopping experience with Feelunique and will definately be using them agaian.

Amazing! My makeup came exactly when they said it would. I can’t believe how much I paid for my Urban Decay Cherry Palette, especially with an extra All Nighter Setting Spray and the eyeshadow primer, AND a new lipstick that I’m in love with! All with a discount! ���� Such a fab service for buying top end brands, but for affordable prices. It’s so nice knowing that I don’t need to break the bank to treat myself to something new, and still be able to grab something else too! See you on Pay day!!!

The product you have a lot to choose from and the sale promotion. Often I have to buy a lot of money. And in the same product to get a free. Some products are more expensive than others. First, the chat channel. Quickly every time I shop. There will always be questions. But now no Must ask in the mail. I had a problem getting the delivery product late. I mailed back to the authorities to reply that it was my fault to fill in my profile, but the email replied to another one from. Senair Customer Care He helped me a lot, unlike the other staff.

When I didn’t receive my parcel I contacted Feel Unique (which was really easy) through their website and they responded and dealt with it so quickly and sent me out my items again because my parcel had got lost in the mail. They used a tracked service called Yodel which was so usefull because I was able to track my package until it was delivered to my door. I’ve used Feel Unique a few times now and I feel they are very quick with customer response and if there’s anything they can improve is by using tracked postage :)

I think Feelunique are excellent, with a great range of products. I am a returning shopper as the prices and ranges stocked suits perfectly. Only downside to this order was the product I originally needed went through the order, but a couple of days later I was notified this was not in stock. Money was refunded but the option to reorder when in stock would have been good. Always comes packaged nicely and the options to choose some testers at checkout is a nice touch. Premium programme is also fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Great product, but there was absolutely no need to wrap it up in all those silly little plastic bags filled with air. The message of the product and YesTo is all about being natural, using natural ingredients and saving the planet – so for Feelunique to encase it within all this single-use plastic doesn't look great. It was completely unnecessary, especially as the product itself wasn't fragile. I'd really take the time to consider how you can package your products in a more environmentally-friendly way.

When my parcel was not deleievered even tho it said it had been I email the Feelunique customer service and they respospomded very quickly they contacted the delivery service and said that they said it would be redeleivered however it didn’t show up again this kept happening however I then said I expect a new order and there was no hassle at all they just said that’s fine and apologised for inconvenience and sent me a new product the customer service was fantastic really cares for their customers

My parcel didn't arrive, so after the 5 days delivery window I give customer services a an email. This was on 21St December. As you can imagine...I'm desperate for a Christmas present to arrive in time. They were friendly. Helpful and most of all speedy! A replacement was sent next day delivery and I got my parcel in time for Christmas. Unfortunate that it got lost in the first place. But I cannot fault the staff that dealt with me after. I will definitely be returning. Thanks so much.

Feel unique's customer experience team were fantastic! Had an email to say my dispatch had been delayed for some reason, but I needed the products for a client's wedding which was 2 days away. As I had ordered the items with 5 days before the wedding it should have been there. I called the CS line to tell them about the issue and within minutes she contacted the dispatch team, upgraded my order to next day delivery and it meant I had the products in time for my client. Fabulous!

The choice, prices and customer service are excellent.
The only draw back is they send offers and nearly everything I buy is excluded from the term of the offer and even though I was spending nearly £100 I didn’t qualify for the spend more than... and get a discount. I was disappointed so it is something to watch for BUT I’ve rationalised it out that the prices are so good you largely get a discount on most things anyway, if compared to High Street prices.

Well I really likes this product my hair is looks so much healthier as it wasn’t before , but its not good for someon who used to use anti dandruff shampoos because all dandruff will back again( that’s a big shame, that’s mean I have to go back to head and shoulders again which I hated it) Also for those who are looking for volume this shampoo not suitable. As we all have different types of hair I recommend to use it at last once it’s worth it.
