Order from FeelUnique itself was despatched very quickly and was well packaged. Although they probably need to look into partnering with a different delivery service as this is the second time I have had problems with their current courier. The first time being a week or so prior to this order (my package was left outside my door, no emails before delivery or to let me know that it had in fact been left outside, it's only when someone came home and bought the package in that I realised what had happened with it). I contacted FeelUnique about this and was told that they would pass on my comments.

Fast forward a week or two and it so happened that I had to/ended up ordering my sister's birthday present from FeelUnique (with my fingers crossed that they wouldn't be left outside as they were some expensive items), the delivery person comes to deliver the parcel but again, there had been no emails from the courier service letting me know about a delivery time slot or even an email that my item was on it's way (despite choosing tracked delivery at checkout) so nobody was home to receive the parcel, a blank 'We missed you.' card was left in the letterbox - the only indicator that they had attempted to deliver.

When I tracked my delivery, it showed that they would attempt to redeliver which they apparently have to do in 24 hours (as stated on the tracking link) but my item was due for redelivery THREE days after the initial delivery should have happened. All in all, I ended up waiting six days (three days that it took to reach me from initial despatch and three days after it was supposed to be delivered) for a package that should have reached me in three, I'm just glad I didn't have to pay for tracked delivery (and that I ordered well in advance of my sister's birthday) because otherwise? This would have been my last time shopping at FeelUnique. As it is, I'm going to be thinking twice about ordering from here again because of their delivery service.

The good rating is only down to FeelUnique themselves actually getting the order out pretty quick (and it being in great condition when it finally reached me). If it had been down to their delivery partner? The rating wouldn't have been anywhere near as good!

The delivery is swift as always. The product that was sent to me was the La Roche Posay astringent toner.

The second ingredient is alcohol denat, and although normal to oily skin types may benefit from this, it can also break down the skin barrier and make the skin more sensitive. Upon first use I have a blind pimple emerge which caused deep scarring and without a whitehead it was difficult to get rid of or treat.

I have since then used it several other times and have no reaction. Those with sensitive skin may find this too harsh for their skin. Although it has alcohol within, it also has glycerin which assists with moisture retention. Salicylic acid is present as well as BHA, which exfoliates the skin on a deeper level.

I am familiar with BHA products and have used BHA products, this product leaves me to question whether the salicylic acid is truly working for the skin. I have not seen drastic changes for the skin but fear that it will make my re-built and repaired skin barrier break down due to the high alcohol content.

Overall, this product is a 2/5 for me. The 2 being the astringent is useful potentially for days where the skin is feeling very oily, especially during the summer, however, this may further dehydrate the skin so it can be a hit and miss. I have always been fond of the packaging for La Roche Posay products but this product leaves me question whether LRP has the formula correct.

Personally I wouldn't choose an astringent, and use a toner that combines AHA and BHA - not only is that toner a lot more gentle than the astringent, I also have yielded better results and maintained healthy skin.

I would recommend this product to consumers who are familiar with astringent, or those with quite oily and problematic skin. I have improved my initial skin condition with aid of astringent so this is not completely awful.

I don't really like hairsprays and haven't used them in a long time so when I got this I thought I wouldn't use it more then once, now I'm using it everytime I style my hair.

The spray is just what you need if your looking for a normal hairspray and yes, does what it says. I used it the day it got here since it was the first day the sun came out. It held my hair in place, it was curly and the curls stayed and didn't frizz up. I was very happy with the results plus it makes your hair smell amazing.
It was easy to brush out my hair too. There's isn't any white residue from this and it doesn't make you hair feel weird, it was very soft to touch not sticky as it says and I've been happy using this since.
When I did a sleek pony tail it was the best thing it kept hair in place and the shine it gave was amazing especially since it make my greasy hair look better, smell better and it wasn't hard to wash out.
It's also great when you want volume in you hair the hold is strong and it will stay.

So far I've had a great experience with this product ��.

I received a Phytomillesime colour- enhancing mask to try as part of the Feel Unique product trial panel. The product is beautifully packaged, looks expensive and would make a nice gift for someone who enjoys upmarket hair brands. I am usually wary of hair masks and deep conditioners as I have very fine hair and find they often weigh it down, making it too soft to style. Phytomillesime is indicated for fine, colour treated and highlighted hair, which is exactly what mine is, so I followed the application instructions for fine hair, applying only to the ends, then working through the rest of my hair at the end of 2-3 minutes. The mask has a light, very pleasant fragrance and a good consistency. On styling, my hair looked healthy and had a nice gloss, but as suspected, it was very soft and floppy which made getting any sort of volume and lift into it difficult. I would therefore recommend this mask to someone with thicker hair needing a deep nourishing treatment, for which it would be excellent.

Have always ordered from feel unique and had no problems. Last time I made an order I was emailed and told my 2 members of your staff that my parcel had been delivered to ‘reception’ of my office at a time when we were all having a staff meeting in the reception so it deffo wasn’t delivered. Your staff told me if we don’t contact you within 2 days phone us back, (annoyed as my order was for a birthday gift, so was going to now be late) am sorry but I’ve contacted you to say my parcel wasn’t delivered you can get back in touch with me. Totally put me off using your website again. My parcel then was delivered about 3 hours laters , never heard back from your staff not an apology to say it wasn’t actually delivered yesterday to ‘reception’ thought h that was a bit strange how the driver advised where they dropped it off before they did!

This was my first order from FeelUnique, prompted by a money off coupon from Blossom Hill Wine. Although I'd heard of them I assumed they were a brand of cosmetics, and didn't realise they are actually a conduit for a huge range of discounted cosmetics, hair and body products from every manufacturer you can think of, and then some. I found several really good quality items at heavily discounted prices, all of which were new to me. During the ordering process I was unable to apply my gift voucher, so engaged in a live chat with one of FeelUnique's representatives. She was friendly, helpful and proactive, taking time to ensure I got my money off offer, thus ensuring that I will be more than happy to purchase additional items. My order arrived quickly, and all the products are high quality, full-size and genuine brands. Very happy and looking forward to future orders.

I ordered a concealer in time for a wedding I had the following week (Laura Geller) but when it arrived the lid was faulty as would not click shut. I logged the problem with an online chat service and the operator said she would send a replacement as next day delivery so I had it in time for the wedding. I thought this was great service until the following day I had an email to say the item was out of stock so I would not receive the item. I did get a refund which I was very grateful for but I am a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered an alternative as I needed it for the wedding. I called to ask for an alternative and was told it was too late as the refund was made, a bit of a shame for me as I would have accepted a different colour. I can’t help but think this should have been checked before agreeing to the next day delivery.

I'm really impressed with Feel unique- I places my order but realised that I'd ordered the wrong item and so needed to send one of them back. I'd never done that before so requested a call back but then had a look around the website and found that they offer free returns- how many other companies do that! I printed off my returns label and packaged the item up in the original box and just as I'd finished it a lady from Feel unique called. I explained I'd managed to sort out my return and that I was cross with myself for ordering the wrong item (the 2 look very similar) as it was the one I'd just run out of and needed the most - the lady I was speaking to very kindly upgraded my replacement parcel to next day delivery. I won't be looking anywhere else for my hair care in future, this was fantastic service.

Positives: great value for money, exceptional variety, and I greatly appreciate the choice of samples with my orders. That in itself has helped me discover Nuxe, which has simply changed my skin, and I'll always be grateful for it.

Negatives: mine was a big order, yet the free delivery provided for it was standard 5 business days. Yet it took seven. While we tried to locate it, I was offered the possibility to fill out a form to request for a new shipment as they assumed the parcel had gotten lost in transit. Even when it did arrive, FeelUnique wouldn't have known about it unless I let them know. Plus, no possibility of refund was ever offered - if I had needed those items within a week but the parcel got lost in transit, my only choice was to suck it up and order (and wait for) them all over again.

Customer service has always been brilliant , you can’t fault them I’ve always contacted the team via mail and every time I get a fast and helpful response , the representative always makes you feel important.
With regards to produts my feedback is not so great but I do hope this helps them to improve, the products on line look larger then what they are , the “free samples “ are tiny , after spending £120 i thought the free samples would be great but they are tiny the free ted baker perfumes were ones on the paper which u rub on you, on the web it made it look you were receiving the small sample bottles .
Not sure if I will continue to use feel unique as I do see other on line competitors as that could maybe offer better?

Easy site to use, to find particular items or looking for a deal, offer or a budget. Very easy to get information on item or other users feedback, straight forward to purchase, delivery quick. What I really like is the wide varied choice in every beauty sector as well as buying my usual favourites I always end up purchasing something new from a brand that is new or I was unaware of without Feelunique these items have now become my favourites, I would of not found these if I was shopping, it's always value for money as well as an extra discount or free samples, I have never returned anything and enjoy browsing through their site, no hassle of waiting in Queues to pay or advice on product to find the employee only thinks it might be. Always come to Feelunique when pampering myself or others.

After receiving this product I was very very satisfied,minimal packaging,well done ����.La Roche-posy 50 spf anti shine mist , easy to apply before and also after make up,smells wonderful ,not sticky,very light and fresh.
To be honest I applied this before I went into the garden on the May bank holiday to paint our fence when our weather was beautiful and hot,being fair skinned with reddish hair I tend to burn easy even with high factor products. I was amazed at my skin that evening, a healthy glow no redness . I'v applied this regularly and I would be more than happy to use this product again and again ��. Cannot recommend it enough and Thankyou on behalf of fair skinned,freckly,red haired people ��.

Easy to order. Good selection of products. Excellent value. But.....I was not impressed with the packaging. I ordered a lip balm and a nail file which I thought could go into a padded envelope and through my letter box. I was away when the parcel arrived and had to collect from the PO sorting office. I could not understand why - until I saw the large box (like a small shoe box). When I opened it my two tiny items were encased in large bubble wrap inside the box. From my contact with customer services I realise that all the packaging is as sustainable as it can be but I feel it is not necessary to over-package in this way. As a policy I think being more circumspect with matching packaging with the item(s) to be sent would be beneficial all round.

I’ve been taking Phillip Kingsley’s PK4 soya protein capsules for nearly four weeks now and I would highly recommend them to anyone suffering from frizzy unruly hair. I found the capsules quite large and hard to swallow at first but it got easier over time. Whilst I haven’t had a miraculous transformation I have seen a huge difference in my hair. I’ve just spent two weeks in Egypt and normally I would have to wear my hair up or have it constantly curly but this time I actually had it straight for most of my holiday with very little frizz to be seen which in its self is a Miracle, it recommends you take the capsules for a minimum of three months so I’m going to stick with them to see the full benefits.

This product is fantastic, after using it for 3 weeks i have seen a visible difference in the texture of my skin, which was extremely dry to begin with. My skin feels incredibly nourished and healthy. Its a bonus that the granules within the product are not too rough but powerful enough to gently exfoliate and have a lasting impact, which is perfect for sensitive skin. it also had a heavenly smell which can initially be a little potent, but i personally love honey so it was not a problem for me. I did however notice that when applied it did leave a slight film like texture on the skin especially on the legs which contributed to smoother appearance and provided a protective barrier. I would definitely recommend this product.

When this product arrived, admittedly I was a little sceptical as to how effective tablets could realistically be in speeding up the hair growth process. Having done some research, the reviews seemed to be good so I was intrigued! I already have incredibly thick hair and lots of it! But this product has 100 percent had an impact to the point I have brought my hair appointment forward because it’s grown so much! It’s thicker and I’ve had lots of compliments on it’s condition! My only gripe with this product is the size of the tablets! If you struggle to swallow tablets, these aren’t for you, they are huge and you have to take 4 a day! But overall I was impressed with this product and the results!

It wasn’t love at first use but I’ve definitely grown to like it. It’s a nice hydrating primer but that’s about as far as it goes. Sadly I didn’t notice any filling or smoothing of imperfections or evening out of my skin tone. My skin is combination with my t-zone becoming quite oily as the day goes on. Initially when I first started using this, I found my skin got a bit oilier and shinier than usual but after a few weeks it’s seems normal again. Maybe it needed to get used to the product, who knows! A little goes a long way though and you really just need a few drops on your face. I think it might be great for dryer complexion types as it’s so hydrating.

I have made many purchases from Feelunique, I find them to be an excellent company, their products are exactly what they say they are, and if there is a problem they sort it out very quickly. They also have excellent offers and sales, so I would certainly highly recommend them to everyone who wants great products at a good price with wonderful customer service. Plus the no P&P with items over £15 is a fantastic bonus, which means I would always look on their site first for the type of products they sell, because it can save you a lot of money, as postage can be very expensive and add a lot on the price of the goods.

Let's start from the very beginning. A golden glass bottle with a dispenser allows you to use the cream in the right amount, not as in the jars of them I always grab more cream than I need. The texture is creamy with a very pleasant floral scent. The cream is absorbed well, without leaving a greasy shine on the face. The skin after applying the cream to the touch is velvety, not sticky. With regard to wrinkles, facial wrinkles slightly smoothed, the skin became more elastic and hydrated. I think, after another month of using this cream, the result will be even better.

Love feel unique and the offers they usually have on. Delivery is usually spot on as I have a subscription and get 12 months unlimited free next day delivery. However this recent delivery took a week! Hermes let them down I did contact feel unique and although they said they would chase Hermes I felt like they didn’t care that it was so late and that I have paid for a service I’m not receiving. It won’t stop me using feel unique as normally they’re spot on but I was rather disappointed with delivery and their customer service response to my email.

FeelUnique always offer great value for money and their service is second to none - they are often let down by the delivery agent and on this occasion the Royal Mail didn't even bother to knock the door. I was waiting for the parcel be delivered, having used the tracker. Heard vehicle in the drive and waited for a knock. None came and assumed that it was our neighbours who share driveway. Sometime later i went out to our 'log box' only to find the parcel had been left there. Why didnt postman knock??? I was waiting in needlessly, so easy to have remedied.

I received a free consultation from a prize draw, and received great advice for trying out new products. Once ordered, they arrived within three days. They do lose one point because the phone call had to be rescheduled a few times due to the consultant being ill, which wasn't her fault, but I felt the company could have let me know that she would be unable to contact me. Yes it was free but I needed to rearrange my work so it did cause some hassle. I am pleased with what I ordered and hoping to contact for further advice once I have used them for a few weeks.

Excellent communication regarding order being placed and when to expect delivery. Swift efficient delivery. Products excellent quality. The candle was beautifully packaged and I was delighted with my choice. Would make a really acceptable gift to give to someone special.
I am really impressed with items being offered by Feelunique and anticipate ordering further goods in future. The fact that this initial order was made because of receiving a £15.00 voucher after purchasing travel money from Thomas Cook makes it really special for me.

Ordered before 12pm on a Sunday and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately, Feel Unique didn't ship it that day and only dispatched it on the day it should have arrived. Then there were issues with their delivery company and the next day delivery that should have arrived Monday eventually arrived at 9pm Thursday night. I've rated them good as they did refund the delivery cost but I needed the items Monday, not Thursday and it all started because they didn't dispatch the items on time according to their delivery information.

Great product, but there was absolutely no need to wrap it up in all those silly little plastic bags filled with air. The message of the product and YesTo is all about being natural, using natural ingredients and saving the planet – so for Feelunique to encase it within all this single-use plastic doesn't look great. It was completely unnecessary, especially as the product itself wasn't fragile. I'd really take the time to consider how you can package your products in a more environmentally-friendly way.
