Order from FeelUnique itself was despatched very quickly and was well packaged. Although they probably need to look into partnering with a different delivery service as this is the second time I have had problems with their current courier. The first time being a week or so prior to this order (my package was left outside my door, no emails before delivery or to let me know that it had in fact been left outside, it's only when someone came home and bought the package in that I realised what had happened with it). I contacted FeelUnique about this and was told that they would pass on my comments.

Fast forward a week or two and it so happened that I had to/ended up ordering my sister's birthday present from FeelUnique (with my fingers crossed that they wouldn't be left outside as they were some expensive items), the delivery person comes to deliver the parcel but again, there had been no emails from the courier service letting me know about a delivery time slot or even an email that my item was on it's way (despite choosing tracked delivery at checkout) so nobody was home to receive the parcel, a blank 'We missed you.' card was left in the letterbox - the only indicator that they had attempted to deliver.

When I tracked my delivery, it showed that they would attempt to redeliver which they apparently have to do in 24 hours (as stated on the tracking link) but my item was due for redelivery THREE days after the initial delivery should have happened. All in all, I ended up waiting six days (three days that it took to reach me from initial despatch and three days after it was supposed to be delivered) for a package that should have reached me in three, I'm just glad I didn't have to pay for tracked delivery (and that I ordered well in advance of my sister's birthday) because otherwise? This would have been my last time shopping at FeelUnique. As it is, I'm going to be thinking twice about ordering from here again because of their delivery service.

The good rating is only down to FeelUnique themselves actually getting the order out pretty quick (and it being in great condition when it finally reached me). If it had been down to their delivery partner? The rating wouldn't have been anywhere near as good!

Went onto Feelunique for just a couple of things but bought quite a bit, had some great offers, 3 for 2 facial masks and got a mini Ren skincare set with two purchases, which were some nice size/travel size samples which were really good. Got the Brushworks HD Combination Tweezer set and I love it. (I am a tweezer snob and generally stick to tweezerman professional tweezers, and the price was really good. I came to this site as they had the Lime Crime Eyebrow Pen in the color I wanted which was sold out on a lot of other sites (including the Lime Crime site), and even though it doesn't seem to have a lot of product in the pen, it is definitely one of the best brow products I have bought (the only other one was the Lancome pomade). I also like that they give you a choice of samples with your purchase that you want may want to try, which is a great plus to want to come back and shop again. Thanks FeelUnique.

Excellent fast delivery.products are guaranteed guniune I love the different hair products.especially the olaplex.i won’t purchase it from any other online retailer as olaplex direct informed me ifeelunique and one other online retailer are the only ones they supply.i also love there kereaste shampoo conditioner and treatment there all cheaper than shops iv seen them in.the company is amazing in customer service.always willing to help if you have a quary.delivery so fast and free.feelunigue also give rewards on how often you shop .i love the idea of been treated for buying .they do what’s called a platinum customer sorry you’d need ro read on it.i do know that’s where you receive rewards.i honestly recommend this company for service products and lovely friendly staff at customer service.so a huge thank you.for making my shopping experience with you .easy and straightforward .

This was my first order from FeelUnique, prompted by a money off coupon from Blossom Hill Wine. Although I'd heard of them I assumed they were a brand of cosmetics, and didn't realise they are actually a conduit for a huge range of discounted cosmetics, hair and body products from every manufacturer you can think of, and then some. I found several really good quality items at heavily discounted prices, all of which were new to me. During the ordering process I was unable to apply my gift voucher, so engaged in a live chat with one of FeelUnique's representatives. She was friendly, helpful and proactive, taking time to ensure I got my money off offer, thus ensuring that I will be more than happy to purchase additional items. My order arrived quickly, and all the products are high quality, full-size and genuine brands. Very happy and looking forward to future orders.

I ordered a concealer in time for a wedding I had the following week (Laura Geller) but when it arrived the lid was faulty as would not click shut. I logged the problem with an online chat service and the operator said she would send a replacement as next day delivery so I had it in time for the wedding. I thought this was great service until the following day I had an email to say the item was out of stock so I would not receive the item. I did get a refund which I was very grateful for but I am a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered an alternative as I needed it for the wedding. I called to ask for an alternative and was told it was too late as the refund was made, a bit of a shame for me as I would have accepted a different colour. I can’t help but think this should have been checked before agreeing to the next day delivery.

Positives: great value for money, exceptional variety, and I greatly appreciate the choice of samples with my orders. That in itself has helped me discover Nuxe, which has simply changed my skin, and I'll always be grateful for it.

Negatives: mine was a big order, yet the free delivery provided for it was standard 5 business days. Yet it took seven. While we tried to locate it, I was offered the possibility to fill out a form to request for a new shipment as they assumed the parcel had gotten lost in transit. Even when it did arrive, FeelUnique wouldn't have known about it unless I let them know. Plus, no possibility of refund was ever offered - if I had needed those items within a week but the parcel got lost in transit, my only choice was to suck it up and order (and wait for) them all over again.

Customer service has always been brilliant , you can’t fault them I’ve always contacted the team via mail and every time I get a fast and helpful response , the representative always makes you feel important.
With regards to produts my feedback is not so great but I do hope this helps them to improve, the products on line look larger then what they are , the “free samples “ are tiny , after spending £120 i thought the free samples would be great but they are tiny the free ted baker perfumes were ones on the paper which u rub on you, on the web it made it look you were receiving the small sample bottles .
Not sure if I will continue to use feel unique as I do see other on line competitors as that could maybe offer better?

Easy site to use, to find particular items or looking for a deal, offer or a budget. Very easy to get information on item or other users feedback, straight forward to purchase, delivery quick. What I really like is the wide varied choice in every beauty sector as well as buying my usual favourites I always end up purchasing something new from a brand that is new or I was unaware of without Feelunique these items have now become my favourites, I would of not found these if I was shopping, it's always value for money as well as an extra discount or free samples, I have never returned anything and enjoy browsing through their site, no hassle of waiting in Queues to pay or advice on product to find the employee only thinks it might be. Always come to Feelunique when pampering myself or others.

Before I made my recent purchase, I spent some time comparing prices with other similar beauty retailers online and overall Feelunique came out on top (in part due to a much lower delivery price). Unfortunately, not everything I wanted to order was available at the time - and I have experienced this in the past - but thankfully, there were enough alternatives that I could pick something else.
As with prior purchases, I received my parcel on time with everything packaged in a delicate but safe manner. I will certainly continue to shop with Feelunique but would be happy to see slightly more variety in brands stocked.

I love this product I have used it for years. It is getting more expensive and postage can add a fair bit to the cost overall. Saying that I will use this seller again.

I have had friends who didn't believe but they do now. There was what seems an outbreak of cold sores in my company I showed them my tea tree and they laughed.
But the minute the tingle that comes before the cold sore I use the tea tree about 6 times a day for a few days and the cold sore does not appear. It is also amazing at spots again minute that you feel one of those nasty zits use the tea tree throughout the day and you will be zit free.

Love feel unique and the offers they usually have on. Delivery is usually spot on as I have a subscription and get 12 months unlimited free next day delivery. However this recent delivery took a week! Hermes let them down I did contact feel unique and although they said they would chase Hermes I felt like they didn’t care that it was so late and that I have paid for a service I’m not receiving. It won’t stop me using feel unique as normally they’re spot on but I was rather disappointed with delivery and their customer service response to my email.

Excellent communication regarding order being placed and when to expect delivery. Swift efficient delivery. Products excellent quality. The candle was beautifully packaged and I was delighted with my choice. Would make a really acceptable gift to give to someone special.
I am really impressed with items being offered by Feelunique and anticipate ordering further goods in future. The fact that this initial order was made because of receiving a £15.00 voucher after purchasing travel money from Thomas Cook makes it really special for me.

Ordered before 12pm on a Sunday and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately, Feel Unique didn't ship it that day and only dispatched it on the day it should have arrived. Then there were issues with their delivery company and the next day delivery that should have arrived Monday eventually arrived at 9pm Thursday night. I've rated them good as they did refund the delivery cost but I needed the items Monday, not Thursday and it all started because they didn't dispatch the items on time according to their delivery information.

Great product, but there was absolutely no need to wrap it up in all those silly little plastic bags filled with air. The message of the product and YesTo is all about being natural, using natural ingredients and saving the planet – so for Feelunique to encase it within all this single-use plastic doesn't look great. It was completely unnecessary, especially as the product itself wasn't fragile. I'd really take the time to consider how you can package your products in a more environmentally-friendly way.

Excellent customer service. I put in my order and had forgotten something so I called customer services who said I couldn't add to my order but they cancelled it for me but instead of giving me a refund, they gave me a credit which appeared in my email straight away. I was then able to reorder and add the missing item without any problems. This was great as if I had had a refund I would have had to wait quite a few days for the money to be returned. The lady I spoke with was so helpful.

Feel unique's customer experience team were fantastic! Had an email to say my dispatch had been delayed for some reason, but I needed the products for a client's wedding which was 2 days away. As I had ordered the items with 5 days before the wedding it should have been there. I called the CS line to tell them about the issue and within minutes she contacted the dispatch team, upgraded my order to next day delivery and it meant I had the products in time for my client. Fabulous!

The choice, prices and customer service are excellent.
The only draw back is they send offers and nearly everything I buy is excluded from the term of the offer and even though I was spending nearly £100 I didn’t qualify for the spend more than... and get a discount. I was disappointed so it is something to watch for BUT I’ve rationalised it out that the prices are so good you largely get a discount on most things anyway, if compared to High Street prices.

It was disappointing that such a popular item as opi nail envy was out of stock. I was not notified at time of order and received the two cheap items I had gotten to bulk the order out and use my gift card up but not the one thing I really wanted! I settled for a slightly different formulation that was in stock as I had run out of the regular Nail envy. However all parcels were delivered promptly and this was a great service for free postage! The site is overall easy to use.

Superb product at a competitive price, Unfortunately not enough attention was given to the packaging and although the product was supplied in a adequately sized box with ample bubble wrap, the bubble wrap was all one end leaving the product unprotected in one corner. Fortunately their was no damage to the product however that seems to be as a direct result of the carrier being careful (unusual) and not the suppliers packaging attempt. Just thought you may like to know.!

The products come cute and well packaged. Nearly all the small products are expensive so I do think free samples should be given more to compensate for that. So that you feel you are getting your money's worth. The body shop is quite a good example of a company that is also selling online and the products are worth the price plus you are given discounts or extra gifts. It just makes spending your hard earned money feel more like a worth it thing to do.

Products arrived to Ireland in good condition, ordered on a Friday and received on the following Friday. Ordered Joico Duo set which is amazing as always. And a babyliss hair curler which turned out to be a lot bigger than it looked in pictures on the website. It said suitable for medium length hair, it's huge, there is no way I could wave my hair with it. All in all, the products were in perfect condition and service was good.
