Love my 5 pick 'n' mix samples every month!!!! Love that there is a load of different varieties and brands to choose from. I'm wearing make up brands of never thought I'd ever try, let alone wear. Just wish I could order them every week rather than month but I still LOVE them

Used company in the past with no problem. This time, got email to say I had returned my order as it had been received damaged! I hadn't even had it delivered! A day later got email to say order unable to be delivered as I was out!? Then email to say order on it's way! I sent email to company to find out what was going on. Just sent standard email to say order on way! Not helpful. I did get my order, a week after ordering but no free samples! I spent over £50 so should've got them. I have bought full size versions of samples I have recieved in the past, so it is good marketing. Got a money off code to use, after I emailed to complain. Will probably just go to Boots in future it's easier!

My cream arrived promptly and well packaged.

The service l got online felt very personal and l even got 20% discount on my order
and a further 20% off of any future favourite brand.

The only thing l would say is the website is a little slow at loading but overall l would definitely use Feelunique again and recommend to friends.

Based upon my last order alone rating applied poor, as I have made a number of sizeable orders over the last 12 months and have always been satisfied with the service. When placing my last order my shopping basket confirmed that I had qualified for an Elemis free gift. However, following application of a subsequent discount the free gift dropped out of the shopping bag with no notification and I therefore proceeded to make payment. When querying non-receipt of the free gift I was advised that application of the subsequent discount had resulted in my order falling just short of the amount required to qualify for the free gift. Given that I was not made aware of this before making payment I was not given the chance to purchase further items at the time in order to achieve the qualifying spend. As the items in the free gift we’re useful for travel, I asked if I could make a subsequent purchase so that I could obtain the free gift, but my request was declined. Given the amount and size of orders that I have placed with Feel Unique, I was disappointed with the apparent lack of goodwill.

I was not happy with the packaging, I paid extra for gift wrapping and it wasn’t gift wrapped at all. It was a branded box with a bow on it, I paid extra to promote your company rather than have it gift wrapped. Dissatisfied
