like the product but probably wouldn't buy again as the consistency is quite thin and I'm not hugely fond of the applicator

So far I really like it!
It really does help my skin to beore radiant and has helped to dramatically reduce tge appearance of a few acne scars. As always with products everyone's skin may take to it differently, but it works really well. I am on my second bottle in an attempt to banish these scars forever!
It definitely helps with my acne and clears the skin, but I am not sure if it is helping with scars and pigmentation. I am only 1/3 in the bottle so I am not sure yet. The consistency is very nice and light, smell not too strong but very pleasant.
The product doesn't cause any reaction on my skin which is great. Looking forward to seeing the long term results.25-Oct-2013Very pleased with how Customer Services addressed the allergic reaction I had to the Darphin Intral Toner. I have now been asked to return the product having filled out a Sensitivity Declaration Form. Reactions to perfume in skincare especially can happen and it is reassuring to know that Feel Unique has a procedure in place should it happen to anyone.
Can definitely see the difference from many years of using this wonderful product.
A must have for me.
Great service and prices and fast delivery
I orderd the the 2 burts bees for my work secret Santa and as a present for my secretary. Despite ordering these well in advance so that I'd have them in time for the secret Santa and my secretary's last day in the office before the Christmas period. I was forced to make a last minute dash to John Lewis to buy replacement presents! The delivery and estimated date of delivery where completely unreliable. When I tried to track the order online, the link unhelpfuly didn't work and when I contacted customer service they were even less helpful and simply told me that it had been dispatched - no estimate of when it might arrive, no apology, nothing. I made a separate order around the same time as this order which was meant to include a particular free gift - about a week later I got an email to say the free gift had been cancelled - no attempt at replacing the free gift etc and I'm still waiting for that order . Very shoddy service .
