Very efficient service. One of te products I wanted was not in stock - it would be good if you had a facility to get emailed when its back in stock.

My order arrived in a half-open, badly damaged flimsy cardboard box. Fortunately nothing had been damaged or stolen, but this is only down to chance. I can't believe that so little attention is paid to packaging the products in a safe and secure - and, yes, attractive manner. Why is this so bad? I am actually thinking of switching to another company as this is really bad customer service, and this has been happening for a while now.
