I was concerned at the length of time in delivery. I received an email from you advising you were looking into this matter and to date, despite asking for a response, I have not had a reply. Customer service is the most import aspect of any company. I have no problem with the products but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Sent me advice of dispatch quoting 2 numbers as the 2 items were being sent separately. However only 1 received and when I queried this a week later, I was told that the 2nd item had been refunded to my card as was out of stock. Was not advised of this during ordering & you would think that customer services would send a courtesy email advising customers of the item out of stock & of refund being issued. And also, why send out a dispatch email with tracking number when their is nothing to track!!!!
