I was unhappy with the delivery as I paid extra for faster delivery within 2-4 days, placed my order on Sunday and card from Hermes was left on Thursday, when I came from work, tried to ring courier to re-deliver but very rude woman said that the earlier she could do was Saturday morning, on Saturday morning around 10.30 rang courier again asking when was she coming and she started yelling at me that she has 80 parcels to deliver and she did not care that I had to go to work. Rang Hermes to complain, they advised to ring you, so rang feel unique left a voicemail and nobody bothered to get back to me so will think twice before ordering next time.
