Very poor customer service on returns. Could not print off returns label on Hermes website (common problem), contacted feel unique, instructed me to return item myself, forward receipt for postage and they would refund postage. Did as asked, and they put the postage amount on one of their gift cards!! Seven emails and 16 days later, have still not received my refund for returned goods, although I have been informed it has been processed. Returned item was ordered as a gift, and arrived too late, hence why it was returned.

But the last few times my boxes have arrived damaged, have contacted feel unique to inform them of this, luckily the contents haven't been damaged but last time the box was open and contents were coming out.
