Service rating : a very useful tool for independant feeback.
Product rating : the content of user group was good. I found the explanantion of the reports and finctionality of the self service faclities escpecially useful, The presentations by current users and how they have used Feefo as a tool to improve customer service, and to understand what customers want was also helpful. Well done!

Service rating : Feefo works!! and I look forward to the Retail roll out.
Product rating : Definitely worth the 1Hr trip on a hot and sweaty tube! I now have a better understanding of the Feefo reports and how to make the most of them. It was also a good opportunity to see how other companies use the Feefo platform within there own businesses.

Service rating : FEEFO are straight forward, accessible and easy to deal with. FEEFO does what it says on the tin and whilst there are tools out there which offer more intuitive reporting and analysis, the fact is we just need to see customer actual free text commentary - and that we certainly can see.
Product rating : It was excellent to get together with a community of FEEFO users and understand best practice and how others are using FEEFO outputs within the operation and across the business.

Product rating : It was good to see some more of the system capabilities, although I did get a little confused with uploading the categories! It was useful to hear the presentations and how different people use the system - has given some good ideas.

You were not alone in being at times "puzzled" by the explanation of categories. Luckily I now understand perfectly and will be happy to provide the buffer between you and the tech team when the time comes to make use of this feature!

Product rating : I'm not sure why we were paying £35 for it as it seemed Feefo had the most to gain from hearing our suggestions and letting us know how it worked properly (thus saving on support calls asking about reports etc!). I was disappoitned there was no-one in my industry or similar there as retail experiences are very different to finance industry. Also, I was told there was going to be an amazing lunch but in reality it was really poor. V disappointing considering where we were! However, I did learn a few things, but the Facebook app is still not working. I would rate this as OK (in between Good and Poor) but have been kind and gone for Good rather than Poor! That's a point actually. If something is not good or poor and just OK, maybe there should be another category for OK or average?!

Good point about running user groups in industry verticals - I take that on board. I'd also hate to think the charge for attendance was meant to reflect a gourmet lunch, more to offset the considerable time and investment made in putting on the event... I shall make sure future "promotion" of such events is accurate.
The Facebook thing is tricky: Facebook keep changing their code without telling us! It will be fixed today (again!). They certainly keep us on our toes, sadly this being out of our control.
