Service rating : I like the ethical values and delivery was great, website easy to order from. I think it would be better if there was a card in there explaining the ethos/company - because it's a special present I've printed off the ethics page, folded it and put it in the box, but I couldn't use the card you put in coz that was addressed to me although i had said in my emails these were an 18th birthday present. A suggestion for the website to help see the real size of jewellery - can it be displayed on a person's hand to guage the size better?
