Product rating : I originally ordered this for my husband but ended up wearing it myself. The website isnt that clear on availability of items. This was a leather bracelet for men but the sizing is rather off. The large size was way too small for my husband - maybe offer bigger sizes ie.extra large or make the large size to fit a regular sized gentleman. It is worth noting that because this piece is handcrafted in England, we can adapt the design to suit you/ your lifestyle. Whether that means creating a new ring which has static loops, features more gold, or is slightly heavier in design, we can work around anything you would like. It is always hard to advise a customer about unusual jewellery, when it's difficult for them to visit our showroom to see the piece 'in the flesh'. Particularly when dealing with rings as the fit can vary so much depending on the width and shape of the band. I appreciate your frustration at having to send the parcel back to us, but we hope to have helped out out a little by sending both your parcels (the initial delivery and the new, replacement ring) out to you free of charge. It was not delivered on time, I received no URL email to track delivery and when it was delivered late, my mum was not in, no card was left by the delivery company, but the ring was given to a neighbour. Thank goodness the neighbour was trustworthy as we had no idea it had even been delivered and may never have received it. I bought 2 other items elsewhere as presents at the same time as the ring- I didn't have the option to speed up delivery with these items and yet they both arrived on time. I would like to ask for a refund for the special delivery cost. Product rating : The ring was packaged beautifully with a personal message, the ring is lovely although perhaps a better photo image in the website would be useful as it does actually look a bit different to the current image, in shape /dimension/size.colour beautiful too. I can confirm that your order was dispatched within 24 hours. We will of course refund your delivery fee on this occasion and will take your concerns on board. We pride ourselves in handling our orders quickly and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), subject to product availability and clearance of payment. We offer a Next Day Delivery option which is £6.50 (£2 extra). With this option orders are dispatched the same day and are guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day ( in your case - Friday), tracking information is available and it would have required a signature, so would not have been left with a neighbour. The reason we offer two services is for those customers that prefer not to have to be in to sign for parcels. All orders are sent Royal Mail, which is usually a quick and reliable service. We weren't aware that the postman would leave the parcel with a neighbour, but this usually only ever happens if the postman knows the local area and the people/patterns with parcels delivered to that area previously. There are occasional delays sometimes due to the weather. Where we are in North Yorkshire there were issues with serious flooding/road closures last week. The packaging was excellent, very inkeeping with the personal boutique service. One thing I would note is that the order confirmation email was sent blank with the order files attached as a pdf rather than a straightforward email, and they did not send a link for tracking the delivery as promised in the order despatch notice. Product rating : The locket is much lighter than expected so can be worn with comfort everyday. The space for photos inside however are quite small, around the size of my finger tip so I really had to cut and trim, but I had the tools for crafting use so it was doable.
