Service rating : The company provides an excellent, fast service, selling products which can't be found elsewhere. Products are shipped almost immediately after ordering or otherwise when the store is next open. I received my item only a few days after placing the order. It was extremely well packaged so as to keep all boxes and parts in collectors condition, but not so much so that it is awkward to open the package. I will certainly (and have already) be using this company when purchasing models in the future.Product rating : The quality of the model is excellent, with huge amounts of thought put into the detail of the model, making it realistic and true to how the tank was meant to be. The quality of the moulding far surpasses many of the other companies with whom I have dealt (Tamiya, Armourfast and Games Workshop to name a few), with the scale of the model also being correctly measured (some companies have some sizing issues with regard to making models too large or small in comparison to how they should appear at a given scale). Although the price is higher than similar kits offered by other model manufacturers, you certainly get what you pay for, complete with etchings and comprehensive instructions, with an attention to detail which makes it worth spending the extra cash, for an item that you can proudly make a part of your collection/display. I only wish Tasca offered a wider range of models similar to this.

If items are not in stock you are informed by email. You are emailed where your order is prior to dispatch. Delivery is normally within a couple of days. My last delivery was less than one day from dispatch. Very helpful when I wanted replacement black plastic piping for my model bike kit.
