Service rating : I had a few queries before placing my order. These were answered promptly and helped me make my choice. My order was delivered within a few days, boxed and on a pallet (which we used for kindling). I would thoroughly recommend ordering from the company.
Product rating : I carried out the instructions and lit a few small fires before using the chiminea to prime it. I have also sealed it. The bowl of the chiminea changed colour slightly during use and is now even more attractive than before, shading from terracotta to greyish/terracotta. It was a real talking point at our recent BBQ.

Product rating : Sorry but we are quite disappointed with the quality after only 1 fire. We followed instructions carefully and only had a small fire to begin with. The outside has gone very black already and some of the paint has begun to chip off. The fire itself was good but the chiminea looks like we've used it several times.
