I placed my order at 17.20 on a Monday afternoon and the chiminea was delivered at 09.20 the following Wednesday morning. Unfortunately a part was damaged, but after sending an e mail regarding this I received a telephone call and everything was dealt with very promptly resulting in a replacement part being delivered less than 48 hours later. Product rating : It looks lovely but only just been able to use it (because of the delivery problems) so not sure about cooking on it, or indeed how much heat it will throw out. Time will tell! Also, seemingly the chiminea bowl should have been reassembled but it wasn't which was a pain. The instructions weren't the easiest and it did take a while to put it together. Read more	No Comment

Lots of useful information for potential customers which allows an informed decision before buying. This company obviously cares about its customers. A one-stop website for chiminea information & products. Quick delivery of items bought too. Product rating : I used the Ocote Firelighters in my cast iron chiminea alongside pre-cut hardwood logs which I purchased from my local National Trust shop. This was an ideal combination as I then had a long lasting, pretty cheap, smokeless fire with a lovely smell from the Ocote? The hardwood logs can be bought for around a fiver for a huge net sack from The Forrestry Comission or National Trust shops. Read more	No Comment
