These were answered promptly and helped me make my choice. My order was delivered within a few days, boxed and on a pallet (which we used for kindling). I would thoroughly recommend ordering from the company. Product rating : I carried out the instructions and lit a few small fires before using the chiminea to prime it. I have also sealed it. The bowl of the chiminea changed colour slightly during use and is now even more attractive than before, shading from terracotta to greyish/terracotta. It was a real talking point at our recent BBQ.
