I am grateful setting an account up is not a necessity and pleased with the free postage on orders of a certain value. Product rating : I have been using the syrup regularly since March and I feel it has been the only helpful treatment for the Whooping Cough that I contracted in September (I am 29). I am very pleased to have found out about it from a relative as the cough is now finally going, and the syrup definitely breaks up the cough and congestion. I would highly recommend it! Product rating : This is a really great quality Echinacea and I would not use any other brand as Vogel is the best producer. I use this for boosting up immune system and other ailments such as gum problem remedy etc. I always keep in the cupboard for when I need it. I have used it for years without fail. Sometimes this can be due to the time of administration, e.g. if you have mostly night sweats then taking the tablet with dinner is better than taking it with breakfast; but if you have more flushes during the day then breakfast is the best time to take it. Some women find that taking sage little and often during the day is more effective, so they use the tincture, which can be taken in several small doses.
